How do I start working with you on a film or AI strategy project?
Book a 15-minute strategy call first. I don’t pitch. We talk about what you’re building, where you’re stuck, and whether my approach fits your timeline and budget.
If it makes sense, I send a custom proposal within 48 hours. Projects typically start 2-4 weeks after contract signing, depending on my production schedule.
For corporate AI training workshops, I need at least 3 weeks lead time to customize the curriculum to your team’s actual workflow and skill level.
What does it cost to hire you for executive coaching or consulting?
 Executive coaching depends on your requirement. I avoid a one fit all approach and customize the coaching to suit your personal needs. Sessions are weekly, 60 minutes, with email support between calls.
Consulting projects (AI strategy, content systems, film business planning) are also based on scope and deliverables.
Corporate training workshops can be planned based on the tenure and number of people trained. I do half-day session to multi-day programs with custom curriculum development.
I don’t discount. But I do offer payment plans for coaching clients and occasionally trade equity for early-stage companies I believe in.
How quickly do you respond to project inquiries?
I respond to every message within 48 business hours. Usually faster if I’m between shoots.
For urgent projects (launch deadlines, crisis communications, time-sensitive strategy), mention “urgent” in your subject line. I prioritize those.
If you don’t hear back within two days, check your spam folder or resend. I read everything myself, no assistant filtering my inbox.
What's it actually like working with you?
I ask a lot of questions upfront. I need to understand how you think, not just what you want.
I work fast once we’re aligned. I don’t do endless revision rounds, I’d rather get the strategy right from the start than polish a weak idea.
I’m direct. If something won’t work, I’ll tell you why and offer an alternative. I don’t say yes to projects I can’t execute well.
Best clients: smart, decisive, okay with being challenged. Worst fit: committees, vague briefs, people who need constant reassurance.
I respect deadlines obsessively. I expect the same.
