This course builds professional AI judgment through eight structured sections: from understanding where and why AI thinking fails, through a six-step verification system, to advanced decision intelligence, risk oversight, and a personal supervision framework you leave with on day one of application.
Unit 0 — Welcome and Orientation
Three orientation lectures. Understanding the two types of AI professionals, the hidden skill no one is teaching, and the shift from AI user to AI supervisor.
Unit 1 — The AI Thinking Gap
Where AI thinking breaks down: the default shift from doing to supervising, the automation bias, and the confidence-competence inversion that makes errors invisible.
Unit 2 — Problem Architecture
Why ninety percent of AI failures happen before the prompt. Defining the success metric, context injection, and the prompt manoeuvre workshop that resets how you brief AI.
Unit 3 — The VERIFY Framework
Vani’s six-step AI audit system. Introducing VERIFY, hallucination hunting, corporate default bias, bias-reverse tools, the search-verify loop, high-stakes simulation, and the practice run.
Unit 4 — Decision Intelligence
