Cancellation

• Workshops: 10 days notice required

Digital Products & Courses

Purchase Terms

All sales are final unless the product is defective or not as described.

Access

• Digital products are delivered via email or a download link
• Course access is provided through Substack
• You're responsible for maintaining your login credentials

Refund Policy

I offer refunds within 3 days of purchase if:

• The product is defective
• You haven't accessed more than 10% of the course materials

No refunds after 10 days or once significant content has been accessed.
